Properties with swimming pools
Properties with Swimming pools require an extra step in the conveyancing process.
If you are selling, you must attached a one of the following to the contract for sale:
- Certificate of Compliance,
- Occupation Certificate (issued in the past 3 years)
- evidence of Registration,
- A Certificate of Non-Compliance.
